The Graham Sports Centre at Maiden Castle

Leave the A1 at the A177, Bowburn and Peterlee Junction. Take the exit signposted Bowburn from the roundabout. Continue on this road for approximately 3 miles. At this stage you will see the Rose Tree Pub on your left. Go over the bridge and on the right hand side you will see the Sports Centre playing Fields.The phone number at Maiden Castle is 0191 334 2178.

The Racecourse

Leave the A1 at the A177, Bowburn and Peterlee Junction. Take the exit signposted Bowburn from the roundabout. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles. You will go past Maiden Castle on your right and then after 400 yards you will come to a roundabout. Take the last exit down Whinney Hill. The road takes you past the prison on the left and then turn sharp right into Green Lane. The Racecourse is on the Left.

St. Hild & St.Bede Gyms

Leave the A1 at the A690. Continue on the A690 for approximately 3 miles and then you will come to a roundabout. Take the 2nd Exit which will be signposted to the College of St. Hild and St. Bede. Follow signs to the East Gym.

Durham City RFC

From the A1M take the A690 to Durham. Turn Left at the second roundabout and then left again at the traffic lights into Old Elvet. Fork Left at the Magistrates Court onto Green Lane. Durham City ground is 200 yards down on the right.
