The basketball men succeeded again after they faced Bradford in what proved to be an eventful match. With the Durham Men sitting comfortably at the top of their league the Bradford boys posed little threat to the strong palatinate team.

Cup Success For Badminton Men
The Badminton men won again after they faced last weeks league rivals in a BUCS cup fixture. Sunderland - who had previously suffered an 8-0 defeat - once again fell victims to the powerful play of the Palatinate team. Improving on last week’s performance the Durham boys recorded many commendable scores to claim their place in the next round of the Tournament.

Ladies hockey destroy Manchester
The Ladies Hockey team recorded a massive 8 – 0 win over Manchester. The Durham woman dominated from the start as they controlled the ball for the majority of the first half. The Visiting team were strong in midfield and caused the Palatinates minor problems as they attempted to push the ball towards the goal. Some outstanding play down the wing, created a number of goal opportunities for the Durham ladies which often resulted in goals. With the first half finishing 5 -0 the Durham ladies sought more goals as the second half began.
