As a Team Durham Tier 1 Performance Sport the netball club receive

• Access to a comprehensive pre-winter season, post Christmas and pre-summer training programme

• Full time coaching support

• Individual and unit sessions where relevant

• Sport specific, individualised strength and conditioning and fitness support

• Some team members link up with Superleague training sessions at Team Northumbria based in Newcastle, as well as Premier League sessions with Oaksway, Hartlepool.

• Coaching and officiating development opportunities.
