An ideal programme for those wanting to continue playing at a high level whilst pursuing academic excellence

Durham University Squash Club is one of the most successful university sports clubs that Durham has to offer, with a consistent and impressive history of achievement in the British University Championships and regional leagues. Both the men's and women's first teams compete in Northern Conference Division 1, and with the recent appointment of Bill West as Senior Coach, both squads expect to push for Premiership status in the coming season. In addition to the inter-university leagues, the club also competes in the Durham and Cleveland SRA local leagues.

The clubs coaching structure allows players to train up to six days a week. However, as we have three men's sides and two women's sides, we cater for a variety of standards and the commitment required further down the programme is considerably less.
