Competition:

The club currently enters three men’s teams and one women’s teams into the inter university BUCS leagues. Both the men’s and women’s first compete in Northern Division 1 at a very high level, finishing second and third respectively last year. The men’s seconds compete in Division 2 and the thirds in Division 3 after achieving promotion in their maiden season.

DUSC also competes in the Durham and Cleveland Squash Leagues against some of the best clubs in the region. The men’s firsts and seconds play in Divisions 3 and 5 respectively and the women’s team plays in Division 2. These games are always tough but also a great way to socialise, as every game is followed by a big meal and some drinks at the Court Inn.
