If personal training isn't for you and the gym just doesn't cut it then why not try out classes?

We run a wide variety of classes each week and change the timetable regularly. We try to accommodate for as many members as possible, so if you would like something changing we will try our best to help.

All classes are free to members of the gym, for a non-member there is a small cost of just £3 per class.

So come along and try all we have to offer, and you will not be disappointed.

TD : BOX: 19:15 - 19:45

Tuesday

TD : FIT: 07:15 - 08:00

TD : BOX: 12:15 - 13:00

METAFIT: 17:30 - 18:00

TD KICK: 20:15 - 21:00

Wednesday

METAFIT: 12:15 - 12:45

TD : PWR: 18:15 - 19:00

Thursday

TD : FIT: 07:15 - 08:00

TD : ABS : 12:15 - 12:45

METAFIT: 17:30 - 18:00

TD : BOX: 20:00 - 20:45

Thursday metafit classes are capped at 8 per class.

Friday

Saturday

METAFIT: 09:15 - 09:45

TD:PWR: 14:15 - 15:00

Sunday
